Happening was awesome!

Happening, a high school weekend retreat sponsored by the Diocese of West Texas, occurred in Dripping Springs on Mar 4-6, 2016. Our own Fr. Cristopher Robinson was the Spiritual Director for the weekend, which included over 60 high school kids and a dozen adults. The leader of the weekend was Andrew Owens, a high school senior that Fr. Cristopher has known for 10 years, ever since his days as a deacon of the church! A huge surprise for everyone, one of the original founders of the Happening Movement, Del Mages, dropped in to say hello.

The spiritual director for the Happening Movement in West Texas has asked St. Francis to host a His Love retreat weekend in August 2016, which is a follow up retreat for kids that have already completed a Happening retreat.
